Sam has worked on a range of contentious and non-contentious intellectual property matters. He has particular experience as a patent litigator in a variety of technology areas, including pharmaceuticals, vaccines, medical devices and battery technology.
Sam has also advised clients in relation to infringement of design rights, domain name disputes, misuse of confidential information, copyright infringement in relation to live sports broadcasting, and regulatory matters in the life sciences sector.
He obtained a Masters in Chemistry with Management from the University of Bath.
Sam joined Powell Gilbert in 2019.
