In his litigation support role, Moz is experienced in conducting the legal research and practical aspects for multi-jurisdictional patent disputes. He has worked on a variety of cases at all levels of the UK courts, preparing and issuing court documents required for hearings and trials.
Moz also works on developing the firm's business systems and workflow processes, negotiating service contracts and researching IT solutions to strengthen business efficacy.
Prior to joining Powell Gilbert, Moz spent seven years working within the pharmaceutical industry in both the legal and IP departments. The role involved the management and administration of the company’s intellectual property portfolio and a broad range of in-house legal duties.
