Daniel has worked across a broad scope of contentious and non-contentious matters, with a particular focus on patent litigation in the life sciences and telecommunications sectors. His life sciences work has involved pharmaceutical formulations, medical devices, vaccines, antibodies, veterinary products and agrochemicals. He has represented clients before various tribunals including the Patents Court, the Intellectual Property Enterprise Court and the Court of Appeal.
Daniel also has experience across the broader range of intellectual property rights in various matters within the maritime, sports and gaming industries.
He also gained valuable experience whilst on secondment at an international group of luxury retailers.
Daniel joined Powell Gilbert in January 2021.
