Callum has experience in all areas of intellectual property law, including patents, registered and unregistered designs, copyright, trade marks, passing off and confidential information.
Callum holds rights of audience in all courts of England and Wales, having trained and qualified as a barrister at 8 New Square. His practice has covered a variety of industry sectors, ranging from pharmaceuticals and telecommunications to publishing and clothing design. Callum has been involved in proceedings before various tribunals including the Intellectual Property Enterprise Court, High Court, Court of Appeal and UK Intellectual Property Office.
Callum joined Powell Gilbert in 2015.
