Top-ranked IP firm continues to expand with the additions of Ashley Stansfield, Jessica Rosethorn and Gabriella Simon
LONDON – Specialist IP law firm Powell Gilbert LLP today announces three new additions to its market-leading team with the hire of newly qualified associates Ashley Stansfield, Jessica Rosethorn and Gabriella Simon. The firm is continuing to recruit exceptional young IP litigators to provide clients with a first-class, and cost efficient, service as businesses recognise the opportunities provided by their IP assets in the current economic climate.
Ashley Stansfield joins the firm from Taylor Wessing where she worked with the contentious patents team, notably on pharmaceutical patent litigation and providing freedom to operate advice relating to medical devices. Ashley has a First Class Honours degree in Biological Sciences from Durham University.
Jessica Rosethorn joins Powell Gilbert from Herbert Smith Freehills, where she worked on patent litigation involving diagnostic testing technologies as part of her training in IP. Jessica has a First Class Honours degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Bristol.
Gabriella Simon joins from Simmons & Simmons, where she worked on trade mark disputes, as well as numerous contentious IP matters including patent disputes involving semiconductors, biosimilars and medical devices. Gabriella holds a First Class Honours degree in History from Trinity College Dublin.
