Powell Gilbert is pleased to support the 16th annual Oxford University International Intellectual Property Moot competition, which will be held at the Oxford Law Faculty and Pembroke College from 15-17 March 2018.
 
The 2018 Moot problem relates to copyright and performers’ rights, with the fact pattern involving a fireworks display and a dance and spoken word presentation by three cockatoos.  
 
The 2018 Moot finalists include teams from Universities in the US, India, Canada, Australia, Hong Kong, Switzerland, Singapore, China, Malaysia, France, Germany and the UK.
