This year’s conference was held in Northamptonshire and was well attended by patent attorneys and lawyers active in the Life Sciences field. Penny Gilbert reviewed the impact of the Supreme Court’s decision in Actavis v Lilly from a patent litigator’s perspective. She also joined a panel that debated the impact of Brexit and the UPC.
