Powell Gilbert is pleased to co-sponsor Premier Cercle™’s conference on progress towards implementation of the Unified Patent Court and the Unitary Patent.
The event, which promises a full day of great debates, will be held in Central Paris at Pavillon Gabriel, 5 avenue Gabriel, on Friday 4th July 2014 from 9:00am – 6:00pm. Keynote speeches will be given by Paul van Beukering, chairman of the UPC preparatory committee, and Margot Fröhlinger, Principal Director of Patent Law and Multilateral Affairs, EPO.

Powell Gilbert partner Alex Wilson will chair a debate between European judges from the UK, France, Belgium, Germany and The Netherlands on the UPC Rules of Procedure. Penny Gilbert, Zoe Butler, Tim Whitfield, Peter Damerell, Tom Oliver and David Lancaster will also be attending.
