Alex Wilson pleaded in a mock trial under the draft rules of procedure of the UPC. A multi-national group of patent lawyers from UK, France and Germany pleaded before a similarly international panel. This was followed by a comparison with the Korean patent system provided by Korean patent judges and leading lawyers from Korean industry and law practices.
