Ari specialises in electronics patent litigation and IT disputes as well as advising on general IP matters including trade marks, designs and copyright and providing general strategic advice.
He has a broad range of experience as both in-house and outside counsel, having been Director, IPR Legal, at Nokia where his responsibilities included managing Nokia’s IP litigation in Europe including multi-jurisdictional disputes.
Ari is an Assistant to the Reporter General of AIPPI, UK and has published widely on all aspects of IP law. He is also a Member of the British Computer Society and is a Chartered Engineer.
