Stuart Knight



Stuart has experience across the breadth of intellectual property law, including both contentious and non-contentious matters. Stuart has focused his expertise in line with his background in computer science, giving him a strong understanding of the IT and telecommunication sectors.

Stuart has worked on disputes concerning patents, trade marks, copyright and confidential information. His time spent on secondment in-house at a major energy multinational and at a British leisure travel group assists Stuart in providing commercially minded legal advice.

Stuart joined Powell Gilbert in 2015.
