Alex Driver



Alex has worked on a range of contentious and non-contentious intellectual property related matters, including patent litigation in a variety of fields, trade mark issues and copyright agreements. Alex has experience of commercial and intellectual property matters in the UK High Court, the Intellectual Property Enterprise Court and the European Patent Office.


Alex obtained a Masters in Engineering Science from the University of Oxford, with specialism in mechanical and chemical engineering. He spent time working at an international engineering company and a management consultancy firm during his degree.


Alex joined Powell Gilbert in 2015, having previously trained as a solicitor at Hogan Lovells.
