We are highly experienced in litigation but also look for the option of Alternative Dispute Resolution where appropriate. Our team includes a qualified mediator and many of us have

represented clients in arbitration proceedings relating to disputed technology contracts. If court proceedings are unavoidable, we can offer solicitor advocacy services as appropriate to the case.

Although London-based, we frequently work on international matters. Many of our cases have multi-jurisdictional aspects and we are used to working in, and often co-ordinating, multi-national teams. We have a
