Ian has experience conducting technical research and providing technical assistance in a wide range of intellectual property cases over a number of years.
Ian has provided technical input on cases involving such technologies as 2nd and 3rd generation mobile

telecommunications, landline telecommunications, internet protocols, ATM and cash transit technology, packaging machinery, lighting systems, gaming machines and computer games consoles.
In a Litigation Support role, Ian is experienced in managing a team of paralegals, conducting legal and technical research, preparing and issuing court documents, preparing necessary documents for hearings and trials and running large disclosure and document management exercises.
