Bethan has experience in advising clients on a range of IP rights. She has also gained valuable experience during secondments to the in-house legal teams of a major international pharmaceutical company and of a leading computer games company.
Bethan has experience of advising clients from a variety of industry sectors, ranging from electronics and paper-trimming machinery to pharmaceuticals and biotechnology. As well as IP litigation, she is regularly involved in the provision of freedom to operate advice.
