Stuart has experience across the breadth of intellectual property law, including both contentious and non-contentious matters, as well as a diverse range of technologies, including medical devices, telecommunications and IT, and bioinformatics. 

Stuart has worked on disputes concerning patents, trade marks, copyright and confidential information. His time spent on secondment in-house at a major energy multinational and at a British leisure travel group assists Stuart in providing commercially minded legal advice.

Stuart joined Powell Gilbert in 2015.
