Michael Ioannides



Michael has worked on a range of intellectual property matters relating to copyright, trade marks, design rights, patents and breach of confidential information, both at High Court and Court of Appeal level. He has also gained experience in general commercial litigation work and was involved in drafting and negotiating substantial commercial contracts whilst on secondment with the Baku European Games Operation Committee in Azerbaijan.

Michael graduated from the University of Bath in 2010 with a First Class Honours degree in Medical Engineering. During his degree, Michael spent one year working for a medical devices company based in Cambridge as a junior engineer.

Michael joined Powell Gilbert in 2016.
