Gemma is experienced in conducting legal and technical research, preparing and issuing court documents, preparing necessary documents for hearings and trials, drafting legal documents and notes of advice and has assisted in large disclosure exercises, including e-disclosure.

Prior to joining Powell Gilbert she gained practical legal experience in law firms in London and Gibraltar across a variety of practice areas including Dispute Resolution/Litigation, IP, International Banking and Finance, Insurance Liability and Employment Litigation.
 
Gemma has a Masters in International Legal Practice with specialisations including International Intellectual Property Law, Competition/Anti-trust Law and Practice and International Arbitration Practice.
