Ben has worked on both contentious and non-contentious matters over a broad range of issues, particularly in relation to patents and confidential information. He has experience of representing pharmaceutical, medical devices and consumer electronics companies in the High Court. Ben has also advised clients on disputes in a range of other subject matters including telecommunications, manufactured goods and consumer goods.
Ben has a strong technical background having obtained a Masters in Chemistry from the University of Oxford, and has spent time on secondment at a leading global pharmaceutical company.
Ben joined Powell Gilbert in 2015.
